Rain or shine, dry entry into the home from the under-house carport with outside shower allows for easy maneuvering out of the elements and a laundry room right at entry is a convenient drop-off for freshly rinsed suits. Quickly fall into relaxation mode and kick your feet up in the first-level den with TV. The sleep sofa and private full bath with tub/shower combo allow for flexibility in sleeping arrangements, should you need it. 

All three bedrooms rest on the second floor. An en suite with two singles has a tub/shower combo. The first of two king en suites boasts a jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower and access to a private shaded balcony overlooking the quiet neighborhood and Pamlico Sound. The second hosts a tub/shower combo with sprawling counterspace to easily spread out, and private access to the wraparound shaded deck that overlooks the canal.

High vaulted ceilings and plenty of windows and sliders come together to create an open and airy third floor that houses the kitchen, dining area, living room, and half bath. The spacious kitchen has loads of counterspace for prepping delicious coastal meals, with a sizeable pantry for ultimate food and supply storage. A breakfast bar offers overflow seating from the dining room that is central to the level, with access on either side to your choice of sundeck. Your most pleasant convenience, however, will likely be the cargo lift that is accessible from each floor and makes its final stop at the sundeck overlooking the sound, so grocery runs don’t get you winded. On the opposite side, the wraparound sundeck with sprawling views of Hatteras Village, Slash Creek, and the Pamlico Sound offers a silent serenity in the middle of nature’s most scenic playground. A nearby screened porch also has ample seating and picturesque views, a quiet place to escape with a cup of coffee, your best beach read, or good conversation among friends. 

The final inside stop is the top-level loft that offers bench seating and a desk for anyone who may need a quiet space to plug-in. That being said, the sunny balcony will compete for your attention with unbeatable views that will indeed be hard to pass up.

Outside, the pups will love to run around the spacious yard and take long strolls through the peaceful streets of Hatteras Village.
