These homes will gladly accept domestic, housebroken pets unless otherwise noted. Pets are not permitted on the grounds of any home not designated pet friendly. Any additional restrictions (for example, some property owners only permit dogs) will be noted in the property details. An additional pet fee could be incurred. Unheated private pools are available from April 19 to October 12, 2024 unless otherwise noted in the property description.

Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Gold - Seasonal
Sheets provided year round. For all full week stays checking in after May 17 and before August 29, 2024 sheets and towels will be provided and beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

Covered parking and a dry entry to the ground level will help you begin your stay in ease. Two large bedrooms are on this level, perfect for giving the kids their own space. A pyramid bunk bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds share a full bath off the hall. The laundry area completes this level.
Three en suite bedrooms are on the middle level, each with smart TV. One queen bedroom opens onto a private balcony bathed in sunshine. A second queen bedroom and a spacious king bedroom overlook the covered deck with stairs down to the ground.
Come together for quality time in the open living, dining, and kitchen area, bathed in natural light from ample windows. The kitchen features a breakfast bar and upscale stainless steel appliances, while the adjacent dining area and comfortable living area with smart TV boast horizon ocean views. Step into the sunshine on the wide sundeck overlooking the pool and enjoy bright and colorful sunsets over the sound horizon each evening.
Bring your pets and grab your bikes from the lockable storage area in the carport for family excursions through the quiet, residential neighborhood. Community sound access is an easy walk or bike ride away for launching watersports equipment or just playing in the calm, shallow waters. Hang out in the private in-ground pool or soak your cares away in the hot tub.
