Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Live life at a different pace when you vacation On Island Time. This comfortable home located in the popular Runboat Circle neighborhood of Frisco is just right for your next Hatteras Island getaway. With covered parking and a cargo lift to all levels, your stay will be a breeze from the moment you arrive.
Three bedrooms on the first level each have access to the shaded deck on the front of the house. An ample queen en suite bedroom with TV is at the end of the hall. A second queen bedroom with TV and a bedroom with two bunk sets share a full bathroom off the hall. The laundry area is also on this level.
Spend quality time in the spacious living, dining, and kitchen area with breakfast bar on the second level. Soak in the rays on the sun deck at the top of the stairs, or enjoy a stunning sunset from the sundeck off the living area. Picnic in the summer breeze on the covered deck for true island-style dining. A half bathroom is also on this level.
The entire top level is a queen en suite designed with privacy and comfort in mind. Enjoy distant ocean views and soundside panoramas from the private sundeck.
Spend your days lounging in the sun on the nearby beach, accessed via the community sand path through the dunes at the end of the street. The whole family, including the dog, will enjoy leisurely strolls through the quiet community. With shopping, dining, and other fun family activities just a short drive away, On Island Time offers the rest, relaxation, and recreation you desire.
