Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Gold - All Seasons
Sheets and towels are provided for all full and partial week stays. Beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

If it’s adventure you seek, take the Journey to Atlantis, a beautifully crafted luxury home in the Sunset Village neighborhood in Frisco.
Enter on the ground level where an elevator servicing all floors will make move-in day and grocery runs a breeze. Immediately dive into the fun in the game room with pool table, TV, wet bar, and fridge. Well laid out, you will find a laundry room and half bath on your way out to the pool, or you can hit the screened porch to soak in the bubbly hot tub. The first of five bedrooms is housed on this floor as well: an en suite boasting a queen bed and two singles, in addition to entrance to the shaded sound-facing deck that provides access to each level. All bedrooms throughout provide their own TV.
Up on the second level, the individuality of this unique custom-built home comes full circle. A show-stopping kitchen features custom wood cabinetry, granite tops and stainless steel appliances, but you’ll immediately stop short to admire the intricately designed breakfast bar with naturally patinated copper accents and stained glass portholes, each telling its own tale of the deep. When you don’t require use of the full dining table nearby, utilize the screened porch for a meal al fresco. No matter where you sit, you’re sure to have a stunning view as wall-to-wall windows and sliders on this level provide a great vantage point from nearly every angle. Well thought-out architectural design elements continue through to the living room, a wonderful place to gather around to recount your adventures after days spent on the island. A half bath is an added convenience, while a king en suite sits neatly on the opposite side of the floor, also offering access to the screened porch with sweeping sound views.
Three more king en suites, one with access to the sundeck, reside on the third floor. A den with TV, seating area, and card table is central to the floor and hosts entrances to both the sound-facing sundeck and balcony with panoramic views of the neighborhood.
Outside amenities mean you never have to wander too far from home. Splash around in the private pool and hot tub or take your adventures just next door to the community sound access, or even make use of the community shallow draft boat dock. When you’re ready to hit the beach, utilize nearby ORV Ramp 49 to drive out for a day of fun in the sun or take it about a mile further and park and walk at the newly remodeled Frisco Bathhouses. A variety of attractions, eats and shops are all within a quick drive.
Your Journey to Atlantis will be more famous than that of the age-old historians and one that will create family memories that will last a lifetime!
