Pool Heat $600
Heated private pools and pool heat (if provided) can be available from March 22 to October 26, 2024 for an additional fee. Certain private pools offer free heat; check cottage description for dates that heat will be available. During times of extremely low temperature or high wind, pools may not heat to what tenant believes to be an acceptable temperature. No refund will be given due to adverse weather conditions. Pool heat requested on check-in day or later will result in an additional convenience fee.

Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Gold - Seasonal
Sheets provided year round. For all full week stays checking in after May 17 and before August 29, 2024 sheets and towels will be provided and beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

Vacation in style at Just One More Day, a comfortable, spacious home located in the upscale Hatteras Island Estates community in Rodanthe, nicely set on a corner lot and features six bedrooms (4 king suites, 2 queen suites and a bonus room with a pyramid bunk), each with TV, a private pool (with available heat), hot tub, and furnished decks that offer both sun and shade and views of the sound and ocean, this stylish home has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The dry entry off the carport and easy access to the elevator that serves all levels of the home will help make unloading your luggage and groceries easy.
Hours of fun await in the first level game room with pool table, TV, and wet bar with microwave and full-size refrigerator. Catch a movie in the theater room with stadium theater seating for 8, and a 65-inch Smart TV. Also, on this level is a king en suite bedroom, which opens to the shaded wrap-around deck with steps down to the pool (with available heat) and a spacious poolside patio area and hot tub. Also on this level is the bonus room with a pyramid bunk and a hallway half bathroom.
Rest easy in the four en suite bedrooms on the second level; 2 are king en suite bedrooms and 2 are queen en suites. All bedrooms have TVs. From the central hall step out to the wrap-around covered deck.
On the third level slumber in peace in the king en suite bedroom with deck access and private bath featuring dual vanity sinks, separate shower stall and Jacuzzi tub. Gather for quality time where you are sure to feel at ease in this welcoming space that includes an open living and dining area and the adjacent well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar seating provides all the conveniences for preparing your favorite family meals. A half bathroom and laundry are also on this level.
