Sheets provided year round. For all full week stays checking in after May 17 and before August 29, 2024 sheets and towels will be provided and beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

Take a well-deserved break from the real world at this classic Hatteras-style oceanfront cozy home in Avon. With ocean views and a sand path just outside the door plus space for the whole family to spread out KC Blues is the quiet escape you need.
A covered deck provides entry on the ground level through the comfortable den with TV, full bath with shower and a semi-private area with a king bed.
The second level is the main living level with an open design that includes the kitchen with breakfast bar seating, dining, living area with TV and large windows along the oceanfront wall of this space. Step outside to the spacious furnished sundeck with ample seating and picnic table. Sip your coffee while watching the sunrise in the morning or stargazing at twilight. Off the living room is a bedroom with a double bed that shares a full hallway bath with the king bedroom (with access out to a private deck) and room with 2 singles. The fourth bedroom is the king en suite.
When you need some quiet time, the loft upstairs with access out to a sun deck and ocean views is great for reading your favorite book.
Grab the kids and head over the beautiful dune landscape to the beach, where you can spend all day building sandcastles, fishing, or just working on your tan.
