Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Sheets provided year round. For all full- and partial-week stays checking in after May 14, 2026, and before September 4, 2026, sheets and towels will be provided and beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

The latter two share a convenient Jack and Jill bathroom with a tub/shower combo, offering easy access from both rooms while maintaining a sense of privacy, ideal for families or groups traveling together. Each bedroom is equipped with its own TV, making it easy for guests to relax and enjoy their favorite shows after a day at the beach.
The final bedroom is located on the second floor and features a private king en suite with a shower, offering a quiet and comfortable retreat. This level also serves as the main gathering space, with the kitchen, dining, and living areas thoughtfully arranged for spending time together. Step outside to enjoy both a shaded deck and a sundeck, where you can take in views of the sound and the ocean throughout the day.
Outdoor living is just as inviting at Key Lime Breeze. A short walk at the end of the road leads you to the community beach access, making it easy to spend your days by the ocean. Back at the house, guests can relax in the private hot tub, rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower, and take advantage of the fish cleaning table for preparing the day’s catch.
