Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

Enter through the dry entry on the first level to make move-in day a breeze. Send groceries up using the cargo lift off the carport so you can avoid some of the heavy lifting. Immediately dive into lighthearted shenanigans in the game room with pool table, TV, and refrigerator to keep those frosted beverages close at hand. The first of six bedrooms, a room with a queen bed and one bunkset as well as its own TV, is hosted on this level. Next door, you will also find a full bath with a tub/shower combo and double bowl vanity that services the first floor.
The second floor boasts four bedrooms: two king en suites which also offer their own TVs, a queen room and a bedroom with two singles. All bedrooms on this level provide their own access to the shaded deck. A full bath and laundry area that are central to the floor complete this level.
Everyone can spread out on the top level where an open floor concept creates a sweeping space for the kitchen, dining and living areas. A tiled kitchen and dining area has a breakfast bar with added seating so everyone can stretch out for the family feasts. The living area features custom built-ins to hold all your entertainment needs while wraparound seating provides a welcome place to kick-up your feet after a long day of vacation fun. A nearby den with an additional TV serves as a breakaway room for those with other interests. Watch a movie, read a book, or even jump into a friendly board game with a little privacy from the main living area. Just like the den and living area, the final bedroom, a king en suite with TV, offers access to the ocean-facing sundeck. You’ll find hours of comfort in this very spot as there is plenty of quality seating, great views, and a bubbly hot tub for anyone who wants to take a good soak.
When you’re ready to cool down from the hot summer sun, hit the nearby community beach access to enjoy nature’s greatest playground, or spend hours splashing around in the fenced-in private pool. Of course, you’ll want to venture out to explore the island, and you’ll be grateful for the convenience of this property’s location as the island’s largest grocery store, a variety of shops and eateries, and several attractions are all within close proximity.
