Start a new day at La Bendicion. This well maintained oceanside property is located in the Marlin Village neighborhood in Frisco. and has everything you need for a relaxing family getaway.
The ground level has a concrete drive with parking and the under-house area provides additional space to store your beach and fishing gear, a convenient outside shower and a dry entry into the home through a bonus room furnished with a daybed and TV.
All three bedrooms, each with TV, are on the second level. One king en suite bedroom with private bathroom, and a slider door with direct access out to the covered deck, the perfect place for a little quiet time. A second king en suite bedroom is across the hall. The third bedroom has two single beds. Also on this level is a full bathroom and laundry area off the hall.
The third level includes an open living, dining, and kitchen area with breakfast bar. Comfortably furnished, this ample gathering area provides plenty of seating for the whole family to get together for quality time. Step out onto the shaded deck to relax in the ocean breeze. A full bathroom is also on this level.
Retreat to the loft via the spiral stairs to enjoy a good book or an afternoon siesta. This cozy escape opens to a sundeck with beautiful ocean views.
When you are ready to head out to the beach just down the street is the community sand path over the dunes and spend your days splashing in the waves or lounging in the sun.
