Sheets provided year round. For all full- and partial-week stays checking in after May 23 and before September 5, 2025 sheets and towels will be provided and beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

Hit the southernmost village on Hatteras Island for a quiet getaway at LaJoie’s Lookout. Nestled on the oceanside of Hatteras Village, you’re a quick walk from one of the East Coast’s most iconic beaches and an easy bike ride from world class fishing opportunities, supreme shopping, and local cuisine that will satisfy any palette. Don't feel like heading out for a meal? Whip up something delicious on the Blackstone flat top or use the provided smoker.
The ground level has an electric vehicle charging station, enclosed outside shower with a unique surfboard theme. The garage has a ping-pong table and stores assorted beach chairs, toys, and bicycles for your use.
Rest easy on the first living level that hosts four bedrooms: a king room, a queen room, a bedroom with 2 singles, and a room with a pyramid bunk. All rooms have their own private TV for optimal relaxation. A laundry area completes the level.
Upstairs, you’ll feel right at home in the cozy and open floor plan that houses the kitchen, dining, and living areas. Create your favorite family memories cooking and enjoying meals together or sitting around the TV and catching up on your favorite shows after a long day in the sun.
Pop-up to the top-level loft for a little privacy and unplug with a good book or plug-in to get some work done that just can’t wait.
