Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

You’ll be all smiles when you stay at Laughing Gull. This classic beach cottage decorated in a lively tropical theme is the oceanfront hideaway you’ve always wanted.

Spend time with family in the open living, dining, and kitchen area on the main living level with unique decor and plenty of sunlight. Watch the sunrise while you sip your coffee in the living and dining areas. Sleep easy in the two queen bedrooms with TVs and the third bedroom with a bunk set a single bed. Two full bathrooms are off the hall, one with a shower stall and the other with enclosed laundry area.

Give the kids their own space in the bunk and single bedroom with half bathroom under the house, accessed via a separate entry. A TV with a selection of DVDs will keep them entertained for hours. Take a soak in the hot tub also located on the decked area of this covered under-house space.

The partially shaded oceanfront deck has lots of room to spread out and enjoy each other’s company. Ocean to sound views from the rooftop sundeck will take your breath away from sunrise to sunset.

Grab a book from the shelves and hit the beach for some fun in the sun, or head out for adventure on the water aboard a charter fishing boat from the nearby marina. Shopping, dining, and other exciting activities are right at your fingertips when you stay at Laughing Gull.
