Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Description
The ground level dual carport area provides space for parking and storage of your gear. The four spacious bedrooms (two have direct access out to the ocean facing covered deck), and two full bathrooms are located on the first floor as well as the laundry.
The spacious top level has cathedral ceilings and includes the living area with wet bar seating, dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar seating. The ocean facing deck, which wraps around 2 sides and provides both sun and shade, is easily accessible from the living area. A half bath is also on this level.
Fun and relaxation continue outside with the community beach access walkway and path just across the street of the neighboring house you can get your feet in the sand in no time. The convenient outside shower is located in the carport area for a rinse off after a day in the sun. For some relaxing time take a soak in the bubbly hot tub.
Shops and restaurants are just a short drive or bike ride away from this charming escape. If 4-wheel-drive is more your style, off-road beach access is a few minutes’ drive away.
No matter what adventure you seek, your days will be filled with fun and enjoyment when you stay at Lee’s Loft.
