These homes will gladly accept domestic, housebroken pets unless otherwise noted. Pets are not permitted on the grounds of any home not designated pet friendly. Any additional restrictions (for example, some property owners only permit dogs) will be noted in the property details. An additional pet fee could be incurred. Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Escape the cares of the world in this well-maintained oceanside home in Hatteras Village, which welcomes you to rest like royalty -- and being only steps away from one of the most pristine beaches around, it will be hard not to.
Enter on the first level where four comfortable bedrooms await your arrival. Two full baths, one with a shower stall and the other with a tub-shower combo, are on this level along with the laundry area.
On the second level you'll find the fifth bedroom as well as the well-equipped kitchen which features everything a chef may need. The breakfast table and additional bar seating, adjacent to the dining area will encourage your hungry crew to come together for tasty treats and seafood feasts.
After dinner, you can chill out in the quaint living area or step onto the large deck with horizon ocean views and unwind under the stars. If you’re an early bird, you will love the glowing sunrises you’ll be able to catch from this perch. The Adirondack chairs and rockers will invite you to get lost in that best-seller you have wanted to read…all while the ocean breeze reminds you that you are in paradise.
Whether you choose to spend your day on the beach or at the sound, the outdoor shower will be waiting to revive you for round 2 of your fun-filled day. Once the heat of the day retreats, escape for some hydrotherapy in the hot tub that’s nestled on the covered deck so you can soak in peace and quiet.
The surrounding slow-paced neighborhood is ideal for family strolls or bike rides, and the clean, uncrowded beaches are reminiscent of years past. Yet, there’s no shortage of entertainment nearby as you’ll find marinas, charter fishing boats, equipment rentals, and the Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum all in Hatteras village, as well as a variety of shopping and dining. You can also hop on the passenger ferry to Ocracoke for an exciting day trip.
