You’ll find laid-back living and casual comfort at Low-Key. This single-level soundside cottage in Hatteras Village is a quiet retreat from the cares of the world. With both the ocean and the sound within easy walking distance, your family and your pets will enjoy plenty of time in the balmy breeze.

Enter the home through the upscale kitchen, which features a breakfast bar, ample storage in the pantry, and an adjacent laundry closet. The living and dining area boasts beautiful exposed wooden beams and ample elbow room for everyone to kick back and relax. Take in the salt air from the screened porch or work on your tan from either of two sundecks, one with views of the nearby marina over a currently unbuilt lot.

At the end of the hall you will find the tastefully furnished queen en suite bedroom with custom tile work in the private bath. An additional queen bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds share a full bath off the hall. All three bedrooms have TVs with DVD players.

Family strolls and bike rides will get the whole crew out in the open air and sunshine. Grab your beach towel and boogie board and spend your days in the sun on the beach right across the street, hit up the nearby deli and ice cream shop, or head further into Hatteras Village for shopping, equipment rentals, and more exciting activities.
