  • Hot Tub

    These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

You’ll thank yourself for staying at Mahalo. This lovely home just one lot back from the oceanfront is located on a cul-de-sac in the upscale Tide’s Edge community with views of the ocean and sound.

The first floor has a pyramid bunk bedroom with trundle and TV, perfect to give the kids their own space. The den provides additional space for the whole family with a card table and TV. A full bathroom with shower stall is also on this level.

All three bedrooms on the middle level have TVs and open onto shaded decks where you can unwind in the ocean breeze before bedtime. A queen bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds share a full bathroom off the hall. The third bedroom is a spacious king en suite with private deck. Kick back in the hot tub to let your cares drift away on the deck off the queen bedroom.

An additional king en suite bedroom with TV is on the top floor. The open living, dining, and kitchen area features an oceanview sundeck with stereo speakers so you can enjoy your favorite music while enjoying the ocean view and the sound of the waves in the distance. A half bathroom completes this level.

Walk to the beach just a few houses down to spend your days with your feet in the sand. If you’d rather stay put, the private pool awaits right outside your door.
