Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Gold - Seasonal
Sheets provided year round. For all full- and partial-week stays checking in after May 23 and before September 5, 2025 sheets and towels will be provided and beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

With a ramp to the ground level and a convenient elevator to all levels except the two bedrooms on the topmost level, this home is perfect for those with limited mobility.
Family fun awaits on the first level. Friendly competition around the pool table is sure to spice up your day, and a cool drink around the game room wet bar with full-size refrigerator, microwave, and wine cooler will help you unwind. Pop some popcorn and catch the big game on the game room TV, or head into the theater room for a more relaxed viewing experience. The oceanview deck was designed for picnic lunches, with stairs leading to the sand path over the dunes for easy beach access in a jiffy. A half bathroom is also on this level.
Three oceanfront bedrooms, each with access to the spacious shaded deck, are on the second level. The king en suite bedroom features a shower stall in the bathroom. A bedroom with two double beds opens onto a semi-private bathroom that also opens onto the hallway. At the end of the hallway, an en suite bedroom with a pyramid bunk with trundle (single on top, double on bottom, single trundle underneath) features a roll-under vanity and walk-in shower with seating in the bathroom. Soak your worries away to the music of the ocean in the hot tub on the shaded deck. The convenient laundry area with dual stack washers and dryers is also on this level.
Feast your eyes on ocean views from the open living, dining, and kitchen area on the third level. Featuring both bar and table seating as well as dual dishwashers and an additional wet bar in the kitchen, family feasts are sure to be a snap. Gather together in the comfortably furnished living area or soak up some rays on the spacious sundeck while watching the waves roll onto the shore. Off the living area, the king en suite bedroom also opens onto the oceanfront sundeck. An additional half bathroom is also on this level.
