Let the little ones rest easy in the bedroom with two bunk sets, which opens onto a semi-private full bathroom shared with the game room. Relax in the summer breeze on the screened porch or the covered deck overlooking the pool area.

Three en suite bedrooms are on the middle level, along with an expansive covered deck wrapping around three sides of the house. Two bedrooms each have a king bed, and the third has a queen bed and features a shower stall in the private bath. Across the hall, the den with sleep sofa and TV opens onto the deck and can be closed off for a little quiet time. The laundry area is also on this level. Let baby enjoy some peace and quiet with a nap in the provided pack-n-play. A high chair and baby gate are also provided.

The custom gourmet kitchen features upscale appliances and a gas stove adjacent to the breakfast bar for quick and easy meals anytime. The partially-covered deck off the living area boasts ocean-to-sound views. Sleep in style in the large king en suite on this level. With access to a shaded deck off the front of the home and the oceanview sundeck, as well as a luxurious private bath with glass-walled rain shower and separate clawfoot tub, this deluxe retreat will leave you well rested. A half bathroom completes this level.

The kids and pups will enjoy the large grassy yard, and the whole family will enjoy splashing in the in-ground pool. Soak in the hot tub in the custom-built cabana with ceiling fan and mini-fridge, all overlooking the pool area. The community sand path to the beach is a short stroll away, so you can grab your boogie board and fishing pole and hit the waves in no time at all.
