The wet bar features a full-size refrigerator for all your midnight snacking needs. Relax and rejuvenate in the sauna, or settle down in the queen bedroom. A full bath with shower stall completes the interior of this level, while the covered deck with access to the pool area and the private boardwalk to the beach makes the outside just as inviting.

Sleep easy in the four bedrooms on the second level. Two king en suites, one with a large shower featuring a fold-down seat in the private bath, open onto the oceanview deck with stairs to the lower level. A queen en suite has a private shaded deck facing the front of the house. The kids will enjoy the bedroom with two bunk sets, which also opens onto the oceanview deck and features a semi-private bath. The laundry area completes this level.

The third floor boasts breathtaking ocean views you’ll never forget. Sundecks on both sides of the house will be a favorite hangout. Cooking for a crowd is easy with dual wall ovens and dishwashers, large refrigerator, 6-burner gas cooktop, and additional wet bar sink. Enjoy your dinner around the dining table and breakfast bar, or take it onto the porch for an island-style meal. There’s room for your whole family in the double living area with wet bar and surround sound, as well as adjacent half bath. The king en suite bedroom offers access to the sundeck and separate Jacuzzi tub and custom-tiled shower in the private bath.

Kick back in the loft overlooking the living area below, or relax in style in the luxurious king en suite. Boasting unrivalled ocean views and a wet bar with minifridge, this stunning retreat features a TV in the private bath, along with a Jacuzzi tub and separate custom-tiled shower.
