Private Pool
Unheated private pools are available for arrival dates from April 11 to October 16, 2025 unless otherwise noted in the property description. Heated private pools and pool heat (if provided) are available for arrival dates from April 4 to October 30, 2025.

Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Sheets provided year round. For all full- and partial-week stays checking in after May 23 and before September 5, 2025 sheets and towels will be provided and beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

A dual under-home carport provides more than just a dry entry for rainy days, but also expands into a usable outdoor living area that features picnic tables and chairs for outdoor entertaining. An enclosed outdoor shower is strategically placed near the semi-enclosed outdoor shower for added privacy.
Excitement carries on into the first living level in the spacious game room that boasts a foosball table, TV, and comfort seating. The sizeable wet bar offers a full-size fridge and dishwasher, and plenty of cabinet storage for gametime snacks. The first two of five cozy bedrooms, both king en suites with a tub/shower combo in their respective private baths, are also on this level. All bedrooms throughout provide their own TV. A laundry area and half bath are both centrally located for everyone’s convenience.
The second living level hosts the final three bedrooms. A king en suite offers a step-in shower in the private bath, while the king room and a room with a pyramid bunk are serviced by a full bath with a tub/shower combo that is also shared with the floor. The sizeable living area is open to the beautiful custom kitchen and the adjacent dining room. With high ceilings and a calming color palette, it’s the perfect place for all to gather after long days in the island sun. Everyone’s favorite seat in the house, however, might just be on the sun and shaded deck. Boasting panoramic views of the neighborhood under the sprawling Carolina-blue skies, you can also pop up to the crow’s nest for glimpses of the not-so-distant ocean.
