Once inside the ground level the elevator to all levels except the loft will make your whole stay more convenient for everyone. Shoot some pool in the game room with TV and wet bar featuring a full-size refrigerator and microwave. There is a full bathroom and two bedrooms off the game room (each with TV); a king en suite with a private bath with walk-in shower, and a queen bedroom. Just outside the game room is a partially covered deck with hot tub. The adjacent pool area has both steps, and a ramp down for ease of access to this space.

Three bedrooms are on the second level (all with TVs) and include a king master with shower and Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom and access to a private covered deck that overlooks the pool, a king bedroom and room with 2 bunk sets share a full bath off the hall. The laundry area is also located on this level.
 
Sleep in style in the serene king en suite on the upper level, complete with private oceanview sundeck. Gather together in the expansive open living, dining, and kitchen area. The kitchen features a breakfast bar and dual dishwashers, a screened porch with picnic table off the dining area, while the living area with TV also features a cozy gas fireplace to keep you snuggly warm on cool off-season evenings. The furnished oceanside sundeck on this level offers sweeping views so you can soak up a stunning sunrise or relax to the sight of a breathtaking sunset. Curl up with a good book in the loft while scanning the horizon for passing ships.

Relax in the private pool with available pool heat, or soak in the bubbly hot tub underneath the stars. When you’re ready to hit the beach, the community sand path over the dunes is just down the street. Walk your pup through the quiet residential neighborhood or a short drive or easy bike ride will take you to public sound access at the Salvo Day Use Area, perfect for kiteboarding and kayaking.
