Sheets provided year round. For all full- and partial-week stays checking in after May 14, 2026, and before September 4, 2026, sheets and towels will be provided and beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

Down the hall are three bedrooms, sharing the full bathroom off the hallway. Two queen bedrooms with TVs share a half bathroom between them. The third bedroom is a bright and comfortable bedroom with a pyramid bunk bed, perfect for the young ones in your family. A sleep sofa in the living area is provided for flexibility in sleeping arrangements.
The spacious ocean view sundeck is the perfect place for a cup of coffee while watching the sunrise and listening to the sounds of the waves while taking in the gentle breeze. When you’re ready for a day of adventure, take the short walk to the beach for fun in the sun, or launch your kayak from the community sound access nearby at the end of Corbina Drive West. The Chicamacomico Lifesaving Station is also nearby, along with plenty of shops and restaurants to keep your family entertained and your taste buds pleased.
