Pool Heat $600
Heated private pools are available for arrival dates from April 4 to October 30, 2025. Pool heat can be added for an additional fee. Certain private pools offer free heat. During times of extremely low temperature or high wind, pools may not heat to what tenant believes to be an acceptable temperature. No refund will be given due to adverse weather conditions. Pool heat requested on check-in day or later will result in an additional convenience fee.

Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Description
For your convenience, the outside wood ramp provides entry into the ground level of the home and elevator that accesses all floors for easy move-in and for guests that prefer not to tackle the stairs. The game room includes a pool table and sitting area with a 60-inch Smart TV and surround sound. The wet bar has a full-size refrigerator and a microwave. A king bedroom with a semi-private half bathroom opens to a separate shower room. The second half bath off the game room also connects to this shower room. Step outside to the furnished covered deck with hot tub that overlooks the pool area.
Two king en suite bedrooms are on the second level and open to the covered deck. A bedroom with two singles shares a Jack-and-Jill full bath with a bedroom with a pyramid bunk with trundle. Both also open onto the covered deck. The laundry area is located off the hall. All bedrooms in the home have TVs.
The bright and cheery third level of the home has a wide-open well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar seating, dining room and living area with vaulted ceilings and comfortable seating, a gas log fireplace, a 54" Smart TV, stereo/CD and surround sound, and provides plenty of space for everyone to gather. With glimpses of the ocean from this level inside or step out to the covered porch or spacious sundeck where you can see the ocean. A king en suite bedroom features a separate shower stall and Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom and has access to the oceanview sundeck. A half bathroom is also on this level.
The exterior of the home has plenty of comfortable seating on both covered and sun decks. Conveniently accessible from all the decks on the rear of the home, the private, fenced in, in-ground pool (with optional pool heat) and hot tub on the ground level deck will provide both sun and shade for a relaxing experience.
The community beach access is just a short walk, while a short drive is a 4-wheel-drive beach ramp, or the family-friendly sound access at Salvo Day Use Area for kayaking, kiteboarding, or other water sports. There are many restaurants, shops, and grocery stores in close-by Rodanthe, Waves, and Avon.
