Private Pool
Unheated private pools are available for arrival dates from April 11 to October 16, 2025 unless otherwise noted in the property description. Heated private pools and pool heat (if provided) are available for arrival dates from April 4 to October 30, 2025.

Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Sheets provided year round. For all full- and partial-week stays checking in after May 23 and before September 5, 2025 sheets and towels will be provided and beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

Description
The ground level garage allows secure storage for all your beach, pool, and fishing gear, as well as covered parking and dry entry.
Enter on the first level, where four spacious bedrooms will help you awake feeling refreshed each morning. All bedrooms throughout the house have TVs. A queen bedroom and a king bedroom share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. Down the hall, a bedroom with two pyramid bunks and a second king bedroom share another Jack-and-Jill bathroom. Both king bedrooms open to the shaded deck with horizon ocean views. The laundry area is also on this level.
Upstairs, the king bedroom opens to a semi-private bath with shower stall. The queen bedroom opens onto the oceanview sundeck. You will love the open living, dining, and kitchen area, full of natural light from the oceanview windows. Step out onto the sun deck to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sunrise, or take in the breeze from the porch.
Just outside on the ground level are dual outside showers, the backyard pool when you’re ready to cool off, and for some relaxation take a soothing soak in the hot tub. If you want to feel the sand between your toes hit the beach via the community walkway right across the street. From dining to shopping to bike and surfboard rentals, all your vacation needs are just a quick drive or walk from this well-appointed home. Namaste Here is the place you want to be.
