Enter on the ground level with access to the handicap-friendly elevator that serves all levels. Additional features include a game room with Ping Pong Table, a Pac Man gaming table, wet bar complete with microwave, toaster oven and full size refrigerator w/icemaker. A sitting area with comfy seating and TV completes this room. The laundry is conveniently located on this level as well as a half bathroom. At the end of the hall are two bedrooms; one with a queen bed shares the Jack and Jill full bathroom with a room with 2 pyramid bunks and a futon (for flexibility in sleeping arrangements).

A half bath is located on the mid level stair landing of the second level.
