Description
The ground level provides covered parking and room for storage. From the carport area take the steps up to the entry on the first level, which is where three bedrooms are located and include a queen en suite bedroom, with TV and private bath. The bedroom with a double and a single share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with the bedroom with a pyramid bunk and a single. At the end of the hallway are doors providing convenient access to either the back porch or front covered porch with stairs down to the ground. The laundry room is also located on this level.
The stairs up to the top level have a half bath at the mid-way landing. A large queen en suite bedroom with private bathroom is on the top level. Relax in the open living area with comfortable furnishings, a well-appointed kitchen and dining area with access out to a deck that provides both part shade and sun.
Spend your days lounging in the sun on the nearby beach, accessed via the community sand path over the dunes at the end of the street. The neighborhood is ideal for walking, bike riding and is conveniently located with local restaurants, ice cream shops, seafood markets, Billy Mitchell Field airport, 4x4 ramp 49 access, and fun activities the whole family can enjoy just a short drive away.
