Unheated private pools are available for arrival dates from April 11 to October 16, 2025 unless otherwise noted in the property description. Heated private pools and pool heat (if provided) are available for arrival dates from April 4 to October 30, 2025.

Fireplace
Fireplaces are only available for use November 1 to May 1. Midgett Realty does not provide wood for wood burning fireplaces. Some fireplaces are only decorative, which will be noted in the house description.

Gold - Seasonal
Sheets provided year round. For all full- and partial-week stays checking in after May 23 and before September 5, 2025 sheets and towels will be provided and beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

Description
Enter on the ground level where hours of fun are in store in the game room featuring a pool table, TV, and access to the shaded deck. Sharing a bathroom with the only bedroom on this level, a king room also permits access to the shaded deck. All bedrooms throughout the home provide their own TV for easy screening. Immediate access to the pool is also on this level.
The second floor hosts the main living level with four more bedrooms, a laundry room and full bath. Two king ensuites boast access to a shared shaded deck, perfect for a quiet read or easy meditation to clear the mind. Another king bedroom has its own private shaded deck overlooking the pool, while the bunkroom has its own neighboring private deck as well.
The magic comes alive on the top floor where an open floorplan provides a steady rotation of family fun in the open living, dining, and kitchen areas. The final king en suite allows a space for writing letters to loved ones back home of your lovely time at the beach, while access to the shared sundeck will provide a welcome view for your morning coffee, or a lovely evening escape for a shared bottle of wine with family and friends. A convenient half bath completes this level.
Bask in the island sun for hours as you splash around in the private pool. Bike over to the community sound access and explore crabbing, clamming, and fishing or take a stroll to the beach to enjoy one of the island’s most enticing attractions. Endless vacation experiences await on the horizon with a variety of island eateries and shops nearby.
