    These homes will gladly accept domestic, housebroken pets unless otherwise noted. Pets are not permitted on the grounds of any home not designated pet friendly. Any additional restrictions (for example, some property owners only permit dogs) will be noted in the property details. An additional pet fee could be incurred.   • Hot Tub

    These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

The shaded deck with outside shower has steps to the fenced-in yard, the perfect place for a game of cornhole or just letting the kids and pups stretch their legs. Sleep easy in the queen bedroom on this level, which opens onto a semi-private bath shared with the game room.

Three bedrooms are on the middle level. The queen en suite bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds offer views of the ocean horizon over the protective dune. A bedroom with two bunk sets and a full bathroom are also on this level, along with the laundry area. Step out onto the shaded deck with bubbly hot tub to take in the ocean breeze.

Gather together in the spacious living, dining, and kitchen area with breakfast bar on the top floor. With a cozy fireplace for off-season evenings, and a comfortable screened porch off the dining area, and ocean horizon views throughout, this open space is sure to be the setting for many happy memories. Catch some z’s in the spacious king en suite bedroom. Relax under the stars from the sundeck off the living area or enjoy al fresco dining on the screened porch. A half bathroom is also on this level.

Stroll to the beach via the sand path over the dune and spend your days having fun in the sun.
