Unheated private pools are available for arrival dates from April 11 to October 16, 2025 unless otherwise noted in the property description. Heated private pools and pool heat (if provided) are available for arrival dates from April 4 to October 30, 2025.

Pool Heat $600
Heated private pools are available for arrival dates from April 4 to October 30, 2025. Pool heat can be added for an additional fee. Certain private pools offer free heat. During times of extremely low temperature or high wind, pools may not heat to what tenant believes to be an acceptable temperature. No refund will be given due to adverse weather conditions. Pool heat requested on check-in day or later will result in an additional convenience fee.

Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Gold - All Seasons
Sheets and towels are provided for all full and partial week stays. Beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

Your stay begins in ease with the elevator from the ground level to all levels except the loft, so you can settle in in a snap. Hang out in the game room with pool table and spacious sitting area with TV and sound bar. The convenient wet bar area features a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, bar seating, and an ice maker to keep your cooler full. Sleep easy in the king en suite bedroom with deck access and a bedroom with two bunk sets. The shaded patio overlooking the pool features a half bath for quick access. A full bath off the game room and the first of two laundry areas complete this level.
Rest in comfort in the four middle level bedrooms, all en suites with private baths. Two king bedrooms, one with shower stall in the bathroom, open onto the shaded oceanview deck. A third king bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds open onto the shaded deck off the front of the house. Kick back in the den with private bath, TV, and oceanview deck access. The second laundry area is conveniently on this level as well.
Awake to stunning sunrises in the king en suite bedroom on the third level, with separate Jacuzzi tub and custom-tiled shower in the private bath, as well as walk-in closet and access to the oceanfront sundeck. Bask in ocean views while spending quality time in the oceanfront living and dining area with cozy fireplace. Curl with a good book in the oceanview loft overlooking the living area. The adjacent kitchen is a chef’s dream, with dual refrigerators, wall ovens, and dishwashers, a gas range, and a wet bar sink with freestanding ice maker. Soak up some rays on the oceanfront sundeck overlooking the pool or enjoy breathtaking sunsets from the covered soundside deck. An additional half bath is also on this level.
