Private Pool
Unheated private pools are available from April 19 to October 12, 2024 unless otherwise noted in the property description.

Free Heated Pool
Heated private pools and pool heat (if provided) can be available from March 22 to October 26, 2024. Certain private pools offer free heat; check cottage description for dates that heat will be available. During times of extremely low temperature or high wind, pools may not heat to what tenant believes to be an acceptable temperature. No refund will be given due to adverse weather conditions. Pool heat requested on check-in day or later will result in an additional convenience fee.

Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Fireplace
Fireplaces are only available for use November 1 to May 1. Midgett Realty does not provide wood for wood burning fireplaces. Some fireplaces are only decorative, which will be noted in the house description.

Gold - All Seasons
Sheets and towels are provided for all full week stays. Beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

From top to bottom, this delightful escape is all decked out with everything you and your family need for a relaxing getaway. With 8 bedrooms (seven are en suites with private bathrooms), each with a smart TV, plenty of gathering space for family fun, and magnificent ocean views from the three upper levels, nothing has been left out at this stunning abode.
Ample parking just steps from the ground-level entry, as well as as an elevator to all levels (except the loft) makes this the perfect spot for anyone looking to avoid the hassle of stairs.
Shoot some pool in the spacious ground level game room with kitchenette - featuring bar seating, a full-size refrigerator, ice maker, microwave, and dishwasher, perfect for all your beach treats and barbecue goods. This space also includes a 65" TV, DVD/Blu Ray with surround sound and a comfortably furnished seating area. Rest easy in the king en suite bedroom with deck access and a bedroom with two bunk sets. A full bath off the game room and convenient laundry completes this level.
Five en suite bedrooms are on the second level that include three ocean facing king end suites with direct deck access, while a king en suite and a pyramid bunk with trundle en suite have access to the covered deck along the front of the house. All bedrooms have a 43 inch wall mounted Smart TV. A second laundry is also on this level.
Gather for good times in the open design of the living, dining, and kitchen area on the third level. The great room area offers TV with surround sound and DVD/Blu Ray player. The fully equipped kitchen includes dual refrigerators and dishwashers, a wet bar sink, double wall ovens, and expansive gas cooktop. With ample counterspace, which includes breakfast bar seating makes mealtime and cleanup a snap. Step onto the oceanfront sundeck to enjoy your morning coffee at sunrise and stargaze by night. An additional shaded deck off the front of the house is the perfect perch for relaxing in the breeze. Enjoy cooler fall and winter evenings in front of the gas fireplace without ever losing sight of the ocean. This comfortable space is designed to bring the whole family together. Drift off to dreamland in the king en suite bedroom with a wall-mounted Smart TV, walk-in closet and opens onto the sundeck with spectacular ocean views The spacious private bath features double vanity sinks, Jacuzzi tub and a walk-in custom-tiled shower. A half bath is also on this level.
For some quiet time head up to the loft area, open to the great room below, where you can enjoy the dining/game table or relax in one of the two comfy swivel chairs with a good book.
