These homes will gladly accept domestic, housebroken pets unless otherwise noted. Pets are not permitted on the grounds of any home not designated pet friendly. Any additional restrictions (for example, some property owners only permit dogs) will be noted in the property details. An additional pet fee could be incurred. Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Gold - All Seasons
Sheets and towels are provided for all full week stays. Beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

Description
Covered parking and dry entry onto the ground level make your stay nice and easy from the moment you arrive. Hang out in the game room with pool table, TV, and wet bar complete with full-size refrigerator and microwave for all your poolside snacks. The king bedroom on the level shares a semi-private full bath with shower that also opens to the game room.
Three spacious bedrooms, each with TV are on the second level. One king en suite with private bath and access to the shaded ocean facing deck is at one end of the hall, while at the opposite end of the hall the king bedroom, also with deck access, and a bedroom with a pyramid bunk and a bunk set share the full hallway bathroom. The laundry is also off the hall and completes this level.
Spend some quality time in the wide open living, dining, and well appointed kitchen area on the top floor, complete with breakfast bar, upscale appliances, cabinets granite countertops. Step out to the sundecks for taking in stunning ocean views. Relax with a good book in the loft overlooking the living area or enjoy some conversations with loved ones. Get a good night's rest in the roomy king en suite with private bath, TV, and access to the front sundeck. A convenient half bath is also on this level.
Lounge in the sun or shade by the private in-ground pool or soak your cares away in the hot tub under the stars. The beach is an easy stroll away via the sand path just behind the house that leads across the dunes, so you can have your toes in the sand in no time at all. Pack up your fishing gear and head to the Rodanthe Pier to reel in the catch of the day. Also nearby are restaurants, shops, and other fun activities including equipment rentals and water sports, so there is plenty of entertainment for the whole family.
