These homes will gladly accept domestic, housebroken pets unless otherwise noted. Pets are not permitted on the grounds of any home not designated pet friendly. Any additional restrictions (for example, some property owners only permit dogs) will be noted in the property details. An additional pet fee could be incurred. Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Gold - Seasonal
Sheets provided year round. For all full week stays checking in after May 17 and before August 29, 2024 sheets and towels will be provided and beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

When you’re trying to escape the everyday, find your reprieve at Oceans 31, a beautiful pet-friendly home easily perched on the Avon oceanfront.
Enter through the first level game room and immediately get in on the fun with a friendly game of pool or at the classic arcade gaming table. A TV and high-top seating are great for snacking while watching the game. Down the hall, you’ll find four of the home’s five bedrooms, each of which offer their own TV. While two en suites, one with a double bunk and trundle and the other with a queen bed, each offer access to the front-facing shaded deck, two more en suites, one with a queen bed and another with a king bed, both offer access to the ocean-facing shaded deck with hot tub. A laundry area completes this level.
An open, yet cozy, living, dining and kitchen area creates an inviting space for all to gather. Natural wood cabinets with stone tops are an inviting canvas to craft a delicious meal, and seating is anyone’s choice between the breakfast bar and sizeable dining table. A cozy living area is a welcome resting place after a long day on the beach, and the nearby wet bar will only help soothe your soul with your cocktail of choice. Out on the sundeck, views of the Avon oceanfront are enough to take your breath away, with the Avon Pier never too far out of sight. Back inside, the final bedroom, a king en suite, also boasts its own TV and access to the sundeck.
Mere steps from the beach, your time of fun in the sun will make your vacation dreams come to life. The pups will delight in peaceful walks throughout the Kinnakeet Shores neighborhood, and when you’re ready to stretch your legs a little further, run, bike or blade on the village pathways to get your blood pumping, or to hit the nearby attractions. Restaurants, shops, gym, and the island’s largest grocer are all conveniently located within close proximity.
Whether it’s fun and excitement or rest and relaxation, or maybe even a healthy mix of both, Oceans 31 is an easy retreat where you can have it all and even better than you imagined!
