Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Enter on the first living level of this pet-friendly abode which hosts all three bedrooms: a king en suite, a queen room, and a king room, each of which boasts their own TV. The second full bath also resides on this level. Out on the wraparound shaded deck you’ll find plenty of space to relax, including the bubbly hot tub.
Up on the second living level, a bonus room offers a queen bed for flexible sleeping arrangements, while a nearby half bath is an added convenience. A beautifully designed kitchen features painted cabinets, stone tops, and stainless steel appliances. Direct access to the screened porch is an additional perk for sweet picnics in the shade when you aren’t enjoying meals at the breakfast bar or adjacent dining room table. A sizable living room with plenty of comfort seating creates a wonderful space to sit back and relax after a long day at the beach, but your favorite seat in the house will likely be on the wraparound sundeck with views of the tranquil ocean and quiet neighborhood.
Head up to the crow’s nest for some friendly competition over a board game or a little arts and crafts time at the beach. Panoramic views of the ocean and sound will be hard to beat when perched up high above the trees.
Downstairs in the eclectic garage-turned-game room, excitement will commence while using the shuffleboard table or playing a friendly game of darts as you catch the game on the TV. An added half bath is provided for convenience. Take the fun outside and use the community path at the end of the cul-de-sac for full days of sand and sea at the beach. When you’re ready to explore, head across Highway 12 to book a fishing charter at Hatteras Landing and Teach’s Lair Marinas. Peruse their shops and eateries and view the variety of other nearby attractions, making your time on Hatteras Island the vacation of a lifetime.
