Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Gold - All Seasons
Sheets and towels are provided for all full and partial week stays. Beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

Enter in through the first-floor mudroom, a handy catchall for shoes and storage space for cleaning equipment. Doubling as a laundry room, you will also find the washer, dryer and ironing supplies neatly organized for your convenience.
Upstairs on the second level you will find the open living, dining, and kitchen area. Well decorated, this peaceful space will provide the perfect backdrop for the entire family to gather for a movie night after a long day splashing in the waves and exploring the beach. The family foodie will be happy to take advantage of the well-appointed kitchen and hungry tummies can have their choice of eating at the adjacent dining table or the picnic table just outside on the shaded deck. A convenient half bath on this floor means no one has to go too far to wash up before meals. On this level you will also find the queen bedroom as well as a room with two singles. All bedrooms throughout the home are en suites with their own TV.
Head up to the third level where the two king en suites await. Both en suite bathrooms on this level feature glass door showers as well as separate tubs for soaking your cares away. Double sinks and plenty of counter space will make getting ready a breeze. One of the king en suites also has access to its own private sundeck, an optimal place for quiet meditation. The main sundeck boasting a bubbly hot tub overlooking the ocean is also accessible from the shaded deck below.
Just over the dune, the pristine beaches of Hatteras Island will provide hours of entertainment. Take advantage of the community pool and tennis courts at Kinnakeet Shores, just a short drive from your front door. With nearby attractions such as the Avon Fishing Pier, and a variety of restaurants and shops within a couple minutes’ drive, you’re never too far from the island’s hottest to-dos.
