These homes will gladly accept domestic, housebroken pets unless otherwise noted. Pets are not permitted on the grounds of any home not designated pet friendly. Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Description
The ground level includes covered parking for one vehicle, an under-house storage area to keep your beach and fishing gear close at hand, and an enclosed outside shower to rinse off the sand after a day of fun in the sun.
Enter the home on the first level, which is where three bedrooms are located; a king bedroom with TV has direct access out to the ocean facing covered deck, a king bedroom with TV, and a bedroom with a bunk set, a single bed with trundle and TV. There are 2 full baths off the hallway. The laundry area is also on this level.
On the second level spend quality time with friends and family in the open living, dining, and kitchen area with breakfast bar. The three sliders provide easy access out to the furnished oceanfront deck and the bubbly hot tub. Take a soothing soak while enjoying the panoramic views of the water. A half bathroom is also on this level.
Head up to the third level, a king en suite bedroom with TV and a slider for access out to a private oceanfront sundeck, the perfect vantage point for stargazing by night.
Follow the sand path over the dunes right beside the house and you can have your toes in the sand and your line in the water on the beach in just a few minutes. Spend your days lying in the sun, surfing, swimming or simply relaxing. Head back inside for lunch or to grab a book and be back by the waves without missing a beat.
Access to the Pamlico Sound is a short drive away for kayaking, SUP boarding, kiteboarding and more. Plenty of shops, restaurants, and other fun activities are also close by.
You will quickly make Oh! Carolina your home away from home.
