    Fireplaces are only available for use November 1 to May 1. Midgett Realty does not provide wood for wood burning fireplaces. Some fireplaces are only decorative, which will be noted in the house description.

    Sheets will be left on the beds for you. No towels are provided. Upgrades to the linen package can be made after booking via phone or through our app.

Description

Visitors to Pampas are in for a real treat with a three-tiered deck with panoramic ocean-to-sound views from the upper level deck. A screened porch on the first level will not only ensure comfortable evenings for gathering family and friends together but will also provide a landing pad for your canine friend, who is welcome in this home.

Inside, Pampas boasts a well-equipped kitchen, lots of books and games, and an electric fireplace in the cozy living room to provide the perfect ambiance. Plenty of windows and a large slider door let in natural light to brighten your day.

Downstairs are 2 bedrooms. One is a spacious king bedroom with a TV, and the other has a bunk bed set just right for the kids. A full bathroom is also on this level. Venture upstairs on the spiral staircase where you will find 2 more bedrooms, one with 2 double beds and a TV and the other with a queen bed and TV. A second full bathroom is between them. The laundry room is underneath the house, accessed through a separate entry.

This one lot back cottage is just steps from the community beach access and close to numerous restaurants and water sport areas. If relaxation and family time are your goals, Pampas will be your vacation choice!
