As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Loaded with extras, from a large dog crate to keep your pups comfortable and secure, an outside fenced area for the family Fido, and even a pulley system to make move-in a breeze, Penhurst has all you need for an unforgettable stay.

Dry entry from the ground level covered parking area leads to the first level game room. Complete with combination bumper pool and card table, TV, and board games, this cozy gathering area was made for family fun. A queen bedroom and a bedroom with two bunk sets are off the game room, as well as a full bathroom with laundry area. All bedrooms throughout the house have TVs. A shaded deck off the game room offers a quiet retreat.

Two en suites with access to the shaded deck are on the middle level. The king bedroom features a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower stall in the bathroom, while the queen bedroom opens directly adjacent to the hot tub. Enjoy a soothing soak in the bubbly hot tub for a truly relaxing end to each day.

The spacious living area on the top floor features several relaxing seating areas, a gas fireplace, and access to the spacious oceanview sundeck. The adjacent kitchen and dining area with breakfast bar open onto the screened porch, where you can dine al fresco in the ocean breeze. A half bathroom is also on this level.

Store your fishing poles and beach toys in the ground level storage room with additional full-size refrigerator for quick and easy access on your way to the nearby beach via the community path at the end of the street. Access to the Kinnakeet Shores tennis courts and pool is also provided for additional fun in the sun. With shopping, dining, and other exciting activities close at hand as well, adventure awaits when you stay at Penhurst.
