Pool Heat $600
Heated private pools and pool heat (if provided) are available for arrival dates after March 26, 2026, and before October 29, 2026. Pool heat can be added for an additional fee. Certain private pools offer free heat. During times of extremely low temperature or high wind, pools may not heat to what tenant believes to be an acceptable temperature. No refund will be given due to adverse weather conditions. Pool heat requested on check-in day or later will result in an additional convenience fee.

Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Sheets provided year round. For all full- and partial-week stays checking in after May 14, 2026, and before September 4, 2026, sheets and towels will be provided and beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

A spacious king en suite and a queen bedroom each feature their own TV and access to the shaded deck, creating inviting spaces to unwind. Younger guests will love the bunk room with a bunk set and trundle, complete with its own private bath, while an additional bedroom with two bunk sets offers plenty of room for family or friends to settle in. A laundry area is easily accessibly between levels adding everyday convenience, making longer stays as effortless as they are enjoyable.
The heart of the home awaits on the second level, where an airy, open-concept layout invites everyone to gather together. Lofted ceilings that extend to the floor above create a bright and spacious atmosphere, while the well-appointed kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining area and comfortable living room, creating an ideal setting for shared meals and quality time. Centrally located on the floor, a shuffleboard table adds a fun touch for a little friendly competition between beach outings. Just outside, the ocean-facing sundeck invites guests to relax in the salty breeze, where a bubbly hot tub is tucked into the corner for soothing soaks with views of the Atlantic.
The home's unique third level offers a striking design that overlooks the open living area below while also providing views of the Waves shoreline just outside the window. Two king en suites are tucked away on either side of the floor for added privacy. Each bedroom features its own TV and opens to a private ocean-facing balcony, where the sights and sounds of the Atlantic provide a peaceful backdrop to begin and end each day.
Outside, coastal adventures begin just beyond your doorstep. A sand path behind the home provides quick, convenient access to Hatteras Island's famous beaches, making it easy to spend your days swimming, surfing, shelling, or simply soaking up the sunshine. Back at the house, rinse away the salt and sand in the enclosed outdoor shower before cooling off with a refreshing dip in the private pool.
