Pool Heat $600
Heated private pools and pool heat (if provided) are available for arrival dates after March 26, 2026, and before October 29, 2026. Pool heat can be added for an additional fee. Certain private pools offer free heat. During times of extremely low temperature or high wind, pools may not heat to what tenant believes to be an acceptable temperature. No refund will be given due to adverse weather conditions. Pool heat requested on check-in day or later will result in an additional convenience fee.

Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Gold - All Seasons
Sheets and towels are provided for all full and partial week stays. Beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

This pet-friendly home boasts 7 beautiful bedrooms and 7.1 bathrooms, plenty of room for the entire family to revel in the quiet luxuries that have been thoughtfully curated for your time on Hatteras Island. From sunrise to sunset, you’ll enjoy miles of uninterrupted soundfront views from sound-facing decks on every level and an array of amenities that will elevate your vacation experience.
An under-home carport with dry entry allows for easy unloading no matter the circumstances. Utilize the elevator that reaches all levels for added convenience during check-in and grocery runs.
Kick-off your vacation right in the first level game room outfitted with a pool table and foosball table. A wet bar with a full-size refrigerator and plenty of cabinet space is great for storing gametime sips and snacks. An adjacent bedroom with dual pyramid bunk sets is ideal for kids and teens, with steps to the top bunks for added convenience. A nearby full bath also opens to the shaded deck, servicing both the first level and the private pool.
The second living level hosts 4 cozy bedrooms, all equipped for an easy night’s rest. Here, you’ll find an en suite with a double bed and three king en suites. All bedrooms throughout provide their own TV for ultimate comfort. The laundry room is centrally located for everyone’s convenience.
The final two bedrooms, both sizeable king en suites boasting large garden tubs in the private baths, are peacefully nestled on the third floor. Across the hall, a theater room provides a welcoming place to lounge for family movie night with wraparound reclining seats and a large TV.
Top level living exudes opulence with high ceilings and wall-to-wall windows that offer an abundance of natural light and panoramic views of the soundfront.
