This recently updated home in Avon is just one lot back from the oceanfront, perfectly located for beach access over the dunes in no time at all. With individual climate control and TVs with DVD players in all three bedrooms, this cozy home has been designed with your comfort in mind.
Covered parking and dry entry on the ground level makes move-in a breeze. On this level is a king bedroom with TV, and a semi-private full bathroom (with shower stall), that also opens to the entry hall. The laundry area is also on this level.
Relax and spend family time in the open living, dining, and kitchen area with breakfast bar, or enjoy a picnic on the sundeck. The living area has its own individual climate control to keep everyone comfortable. A queen bedroom and a bunk bedroom are down the hall, along with a full bathroom.
Rest easy in the spacious king en suite on the top level. Complete with private bath, large sitting area, and a private oceanview sundeck, this quiet retreat is just the getaway spot you need.
Prepare for adventure by stowing your beach and fishing gear in the area under the house, complete with fish bench (with water) for preparing the catch of the day you’re bound to reel in off the beach.
