A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

It won’t be hard to get Reeled Inn to the quiet comforts of this stylishly decorated home on the Avon oceanfront. Combined with its convenient location and stunning ocean views from both levels, you’ll love every minute spent in this 4 bedroom, 3.1 bath home in the upscale Kinnakeet Shores neighborhood.
All four bedrooms are comfortably nestled on the first living level. A king en suite and queen en suite each provide custom tile showers with glass doors, single bowl vanities, and their own private access to the shaded deck with ocean views. In addition to the laundry room, a king room and a room with two bunk sets are directly across the hall. All bedrooms throughout provide their own Smart TV. The final full bath with a tub/shower combo and single bowl vanity is centrally located for added convenience.
Upstairs, an open floor plan boasts a kitchen, wet bar, dining, and living areas. The chic kitchen is outfitted in gray custom cabinetry with white quartz tops featuring a classic gray vein, complemented by a custom tile backsplash, farmhouse sink, and stainless-steel appliances. A cabinet-height bar flanked by a breakfast table and dining table on either side provides flexibility in seating arrangements if needed. The nearby wet bar with undercounter wine fridge allows happy hour to proceed without interrupting the flow of the kitchen. No matter where you are on the floor, everyone has a view of the TV perched above the cozy fireplace and the scenic seashore just outside.
