Pets Permitted
These homes will gladly accept domestic, housebroken pets unless otherwise noted. Pets are not permitted on the grounds of any home not designated pet friendly. Any additional restrictions (for example, some property owners only permit dogs) will be noted in the property details. An additional pet fee could be incurred. Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Sheets provided year round. For all full- and partial-week stays checking in after May 23 and before September 5, 2025 sheets and towels will be provided and beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

Description
Enter on the first level where three oceanfront bedrooms, each with their own unique coastal charm, open to the covered wraparound deck with hot tub. Two are king bedrooms, one an en suite, while the third has two bunk bed sets and a TV. A full bathroom and the laundry area are off the hall.
Upstairs, you'll be instantly mesmerized by the panoramic ocean views that stretch as far as the eye can see. The spacious living area features comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. Also open to the kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area with enough seating for the entire group, you’ll simply be able to prepare and serve delicious food and drink in the fully stocked space with welcome amenities including an easily accessed wine cooler, all while taking in the breathtaking ocean views. A half bathroom is off the living area for added convenience. The final bedroom, a well-appointed king en suite, features a separate garden tub and shower stall and opens onto the wraparound sundeck, also accessed from the living and dining areas.
Head up to the loft with dual built-in daybeds, cushy sofa, and private sundeck for incredible views you’ll never forget. Step out onto any of the expansive decks, wrapping the house on each of the three levels, and breathe in the fresh sea air, watch the deer running on the beach and dolphins jumping in the ocean while sipping your morning coffee, or soak in the hot tub as you watch the waves crash against the shore.
Spend your days in the sun on the sandy beach, accessible via the community boardwalk adjacent to the house. Marinas nearby offer fantastic fishing opportunities, and shops and restaurants are some of the best you can find on Hatteras Island.
