Pool Heat $600
Heated private pools are available for arrival dates from April 4 to October 30, 2025. Pool heat can be added for an additional fee. Certain private pools offer free heat. During times of extremely low temperature or high wind, pools may not heat to what tenant believes to be an acceptable temperature. No refund will be given due to adverse weather conditions. Pool heat requested on check-in day or later will result in an additional convenience fee.

Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Gold - All Seasons
Sheets and towels are provided for all full and partial week stays. Beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

Description
Enter on the first floor where you will find the game room, which has poker and pool tables, Pac Man Arcade, TV, and a kitchenette with full-size refrigerator, microwave, and freestanding ice maker. The adjacent half bath opens onto the shaded deck with pool access. An oceanfront king en suite bedroom and a second king en suite bedroom, with an accessible shower stall, are on this level, along with a bedroom with a single bed, and a pyramid bunk with a shower stall in the bathroom. All bedrooms have TVs, so at the end of a long day of vacation fun, everyone can relax however they choose.
The second floor has four bedrooms including two king en suite bedrooms with private baths, as well as dual laundry closets for added convenience. A bedroom with a pyramid bunk and a single bed shares a full bathroom with a queen bedroom. Kick back in the theater room, complete with tiered seating, surround sound and complimentary Netflix on the large TV; there is also a tranquil electric fireplace available in the off-season. Enjoy the afternoon breeze from the shaded ocean view deck with plenty of outdoor furniture.
Gaze over the ocean from the open living and dining area on the top floor, with seating for up to 20. Step onto the spacious oceanfront sundeck for an unfiltered view of the ocean, or head to the south-facing sundeck to catch sunsets over the sound. The adjoining kitchen is equipped with double appliances: 2-refrigerators w/ice makers, 2-stoves, 2-quiet dishwashers, and 2-microwaves -- so cooking and cleaning up for your hungry crew is a snap and leaving more time for fun! Off the living space are two additional spacious king en suite bedrooms, as well as a small office area, in case you must stay in touch with the real world. An additional half bathroom completes this level.
Use the boardwalk ramp for easier beach access and spend your days splashing in the ocean and building sandcastles on the beach. A few stairs from the game room take you down to the sunny pool and hot tub deck, where you can lounge in the summer sun or cool off in the pool with available heat.
