A full-size refrigerator and microwave for your poolside snacks are easily located near the laundry area and convenient half bathroom.

Rest easy in the five cozy bedrooms on the middle level. The first of three queen en suites provides a double bowl vanity and walk-in shower stall. Another features a single bowl vanity, corner shower stall, and sizeable garden tub for taking a restful soak. The final offers a double bowl vanity and tub/shower combo. All three queen en suites open to the ocean-facing shaded deck overlooking the private pool and Frisco oceanfront. Across the hall, a queen room and a spacious room with two pyramid bunks and one double flank the full bath with tub/shower combo that is shared with the hall. All bedrooms throughout provide their own TV for leisurely viewing. A second laundry area is centrally located for added convenience. 

Top-level living is overflowing with places to gather and create memories that will last a lifetime. A well-appointed kitchen is stylishly outfitted with gray cabinets, quartz tops, a subway tile backsplash, and stainless steel appliances featuring a full-sized French door refrigerator, a cooktop with range hood, a deluxe wall oven and built-in microwave, and dual sinks and dishwashers. With all of the tools provided to appease both the family chef and their clean-up crew, everyone will be thrilled to start their time in the kitchen with a fresh cup of joe from the standard coffee pot or the Nespresso single serve coffee maker. Choose from a variety of seating options to enjoy each delectable meal as dual dining tables come together with the breakfast bar to create an array of possibilities. A nearby ocean-facing bar is perfect for crafting delicious cocktails or pouring your favorite glass of wine before heading out to sundeck for unlimited stargazing opportunities and panoramic views of the oceanfront. Afterwards, continue your time together in the family room with dual seating areas for ultimate relaxation. The final two bedrooms can be closed off for added privacy using the French doors. A king en suite provides a double bowl vanity, walk-in shower stall, and garden tub, while a queen room is just across the hall. A den with dual work stations also offers a daybed with trundle for flexibility in sleeping arrangements. The final half bath near the sound-facing balcony completes this level.

Everyone will welcome some time soaking up the sunshine while cooling off in the private pool or getting some extra R&R in the shaded hot tub. Use the private sand path to take a quick walk to the beach for even more splash time in the ocean waves. An outdoor shower will make beach days that much easier with the ability to quickly wash off sandy suits. Use the fish cleaning table and cook up your fresh catch on the grill to enjoy an al fresco picnic in the patio area.
