This home is located in a popular neighborhood in the village of Frisco and has ocean views from all floors. The ocean access is just a quick walk across the street to the community sand path that leads over the dunes to the beach.
The concrete driveway and covered parking provides a convenient area to unload your gear. From here take the steps up to the entry deck, which opens to the bedroom level. Two queen bedrooms, one an en suite with a private bath, and a bedroom with two single beds each have a TV and open onto the covered deck. A bedroom with two bunk sets opens onto a semi-private full bath that also opens onto the hallway. The laundry is also located on this level.
The top level is the main living area with an open design and includes the kitchen, breakfast bar, two dining tables, the living area and a full bath. There are also 2 decks on this level, a sundeck off the dining area, plus a large ocean facing deck off the living area that offers both sun and partial shade. There is a picnic table for an outside dining option, and lots of deck chairs for relaxing.
Take just a few more steps up to the loft for some getaway time and enjoy the sundeck, which offers even more awesome ocean views, plus a view of the sound in the distance.
