Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Enter through the ground level game room with custom hand-painted OBX-themed mural, the perfect place to kick off your vacation with family fun. Shoot some pool, watch a favorite movie on the Smart TV with DVD player, and enjoy a snack at the wet bar with microwave and full-size refrigerator or relax in the swing on the ocean side deck. Also on this level, a bedroom with two single beds and a queen bedroom share a Jack-and-Jill bath that also opens onto the game room. All TVs are wall mounted Smart TVs.
Rest easy on the second level, where three additional bedrooms are located. Two queen bedrooms, one an en suite, and a bedroom with two bunk sets are on this level, along with a full bathroom off the hall and a convenient laundry area. Step out onto the covered deck with a swing and ocean views.
You’ll relish family time spent in the open living, dining, and kitchen area with breakfast bar on the top floor, where you can savor ocean and distant sound views. Step out onto the partially covered deck for oceanview al fresco dining or to soak up some sun. The king en suite bedroom off the great room features a TV, built-in desk, and beautiful views of the sound and salt marsh. A half bathroom completes this level.
Make a splash in the private pool or just work on your tan from the ample pool deck. The bubbly hot tub is also located here and where you'll look forward to a soothing soak at the end of each exciting day. An additional half bathroom by the pool area is provided for extra convenience. Take the short stroll to the beach via the community boardwalk for even more fun in the sun.
Public sound access for kayaking, kiteboarding, or exploring the calm, shallow waters of the Pamlico Sound is located a quick drive away just north of Hatteras Village, and with charter fishing, shopping, dining, and more only a short drive or bike ride into the village, you have your pick of island adventures right at your fingertips!
