Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Boat Dock

Spend your days on the water, breathing in the salt air, when you stay at this one-of-a-kind home in the Brigands Bay neighborhood in Frisco. Salty Jack is a canalfront getaway with cozy gathering spaces, and easy access to the Pamlico Sound. Your dogs are welcome at this comfortable getaway as well, so everyone one can join in the fun.

Enter through the open living area with TV (with Firestick) and dining area with adjacent kitchen. With bar seating in addition to the dining table, bringing the whole crew together for seafood feasts will be a snap. Enjoy canal and sound views from the living area while you relax in comfort. Two queen bedrooms, one with access to the partially shaded deck, each have Roku Smart TVs and share a full bath off the hall. The laundry area completes this level. Also provided is a video games sit down arcade center and Alexa echo dots (1 upstairs / 1 downstairs).

The spacious loft-level en suite bedroom has a king bed and a daybed with trundle. With private bathroom and TV (with Firestick) you’ll wake each ready for the new day's adventures.

Marvel at the changing sky at sunset, making way for a starlit sky above. Picnic on the dining deck a few steps down from the living area, or spend your days on the water. Tour the neighborhood’s calm canals on the provided 2 stand up paddle boards, or 3 kayaks (2 single and 1 double), each with paddles and life jackets. Or tie up your shallow-draft boat right behind the house.

When you are ready for some relaxation, slip into the bubbly hot tub, which is located on a ground level patio and covered by the first level deck above. An additional lavatory with outside shower is also located off the covered parking area for rinsing off before heading inside.

Family strolls and bike rides through the quiet, residential neighborhood will keep everyone happy. Hop in the car for the short drive to the nearby go-kart track and mini-golf course, or explore further to find shopping, dining, and other fun family activities.

Whether it is recreation or relaxation you are looking for, there’s no better place to begin and end each day than Salty Jack.
