These homes will gladly accept domestic, housebroken pets unless otherwise noted. Pets are not permitted on the grounds of any home not designated pet friendly. Any additional restrictions (for example, some property owners only permit dogs) will be noted in the property details. An additional pet fee could be incurred. Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Sheets provided year round. For all full and partial week stays checking in after May 17 and before August 29, 2024 sheets and towels will be provided and beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

Dry entry on the ground level leads to a small storage room just right for pool toys and fishing gear, making both move-in and secure storage a breeze.
The first floor has three bedrooms and a centrally located laundry area for everyone’s convenience. A king bedroom and a bedroom with a bunk set flank a full bath that is shared with the floor. Both rooms provide access to the shaded ocean-facing deck. Across the hall, is a spacious king en suite, also boasting a full bath. All bedrooms throughout the house have TVs.
The final king bedroom rests comfortably on the top level boasting a tub and separate shower stall in the semi-private bathroom to give you plenty of room to stretch out and enjoy a good soak. The open living, dining, and kitchen area with breakfast bar all feature beautiful horizon ocean views. Watch the sunrise over the ocean from the sundeck or sip your beverage of choice on the screened porch in the golden light of the sunset sound view.
Walk, jog, or ride your bike through the popular seaside neighborhood, ideal for families with children or pets. Take a dip in the Kinnakeet Shores pool or enjoy a friendly match on the tennis courts, both of which you have complimentary access to as part of your stay. After long days of fun in the sun, rinse the day off in the convenient outdoor shower and climb in the ground-level hot tub for some extra R&R. With restaurants, shops, and world-famous attractions such as the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse, Canadian Hole, and the Avon Pier all nearby, your vacation is sure to be as easy as it is exciting when you stay at Sandi Shores!
