Pets Permitted
These homes will gladly accept domestic, housebroken pets unless otherwise noted. Pets are not permitted on the grounds of any home not designated pet friendly. Any additional restrictions (for example, some property owners only permit dogs) will be noted in the property details. An additional pet fee could be incurred. Please contact our office for more details.

Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Fireplace
Fireplaces are only available for use November 1 to May 1. Midgett Realty does not provide wood for wood burning fireplaces. Some fireplaces are only decorative, which will be noted in the house description.

Gold - Seasonal
Sheets provided year round. For all full- and partial-week stays checking in after May 23 and before September 5, 2025 sheets and towels will be provided and beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

Enter this uniquely constructed home through the dry entry from either side of the carport to make move-in day a little easier. Family time comes alive on the top floor with an open kitchen, dining and living area. A beautiful custom kitchen is outfitted in white painted wood cabinetry with glass uppers and granite tops, complimented by stainless steel appliances. A counter-height breakfast bar provides an easy spot to catch-up with the family chef, or overflow seating for the already spacious dining room table. On those perfect weather days, enjoy your meals on the covered porch or utilize the picnic table as the kid’s table for easy clean-up and uninterrupted adult conversation. The magazine-worthy living room is detailed with oversized white furniture and tasteful wicker touches, all paired with coastal accents that create a serene sanctuary for which to relax after long days in the summer sun. A lofted seating area around the cozy gas fireplace adds even more peaceful space for everyone to unwind. Completing this level is the sundeck with expansive views of the Salvo oceanfront, an easy corner for sunbathing or catching the sunrise with a fresh cup of coffee.
