Sheets provided year round. For all full and partial week stays checking in after May 17 and before August 29, 2024 sheets and towels will be provided and beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

Description
The first level has three spacious bedrooms; a queen en suite bedroom with a TV and private bathroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a TV shares a full bathroom off the hall, with the bedroom that has two bunk sets. The laundry room is also on this level, so you won't have to walk far to freshen up your beach towels.
Upstairs is an additional bedroom with a double size bed and TV, and opens onto a private sundeck. The open living, dining, and kitchen area with breakfast bar boasts horizon ocean views and plenty of natural light. Watch the sunrise over the ocean while sipping your morning coffee on the wide sundeck with two dolphin watch chairs and an additional table with bench seating. A full bathroom is also on this level.
When you are ready for fun in the sun, enjoy the short walk to the beach for swimming, playing, and working on your tan. Take a charter boat out of the nearby marina, or enjoy shopping and dining less than a mile away. Sandy Beaches is perfectly situation for whatever adventure you seek.
