Pool Heat $600
Heated private pools and pool heat (if provided) can be available from March 22 to October 28, 2024 for an additional fee. Certain private pools offer free heat; check cottage description for dates that heat will be available. During times of extremely low temperature or high wind, pools may not heat to what tenant believes to be an acceptable temperature. No refund will be given due to adverse weather conditions. Pool heat requested on check-in day or later will result in an additional convenience fee.

Gold - All Seasons
Sheets and towels are provided for all full and partial week stays. Beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

The ground level includes dual carports with space to store your gear and dry entry into the home. Inside on this level is a laundry room.
The first level hallway has a den and access to the front covered deck, across the hall are 2 king en suite bedrooms each with private bathroom that features double vanity sinks and a shower stall. The third en suite bedroom has a pyramid bunk and a bunk set. All three bedrooms have direct access out to the ocean facing covered deck.
An additional king en suite bedroom on the top floor features a bathroom with double vanity and shower, and opens onto the oceanfront sundeck where you can watch the sunrise light up the sky each morning. The spacious living, dining, and kitchen area on this level has an open design and provides room for everyone to gather and enjoy some family time. The deluxe kitchen with walk-in pantry, wet bar, ample counter space and a 10 foot island with bar seating, plus the adjacent dining area will be the perfect combination for preparing and serving up fantastic favorite meals. Cozy up in the living area with TV. Step out to the sundeck with ocean views, the perfect perch to relax and enjoy the ocean breeze or soak up the rays.
When you are ready for some beach time the sand path just at the back of the home leads to fishing, surfing, and beachcombing for hours on end. Within walking distance or a short drive to shopping, dining, and the area grocery store, you never have to venture far to find fun for the whole family. Don't forget to head over to the pool at Kinnkeet Shores for a leisurely dip or stop by the tennis courts for a friendly game.
